After you have purchased a digital magazine subscription/membership, you may download your issues from the app as many times as you like at no additional cost, as long as you have an active subscription.

If you paid for your subscription as a one-off payment by using either your credit/debit card, PayPal or cheque we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. Whether you are taking a subscription out for yourself or as a gift,
nothing will be sent to the recipient unless the subscription expires.

You can renew all of your orders here by clicking on the 'Renew' section and selecting the

Please note if you pay by a recurring payment method such as Direct Debit, continuous credit card or recurring PayPal you do not need to renew your subscription as your contract will continue until you cancel it with ourselves and your bank.

Although we will do our utmost to ensure that your magazine is delivered around the same time it is available in the shops it is possible, on some occasions, it may be unavoidably delayed. If this is the case we ask that you please allow an extra 5 days for delivery before contacting us. Delays can be caused by a number of factors including postal delays or adverse weather conditions. Even if weather in your area is not impacted, your magazine may be if it is distributed from an affected area. Please be aware that on such occasions we also experience increased volumes of calls and e-mails into our Customer Services Centre. Unfortunately this may result in increased waiting times. If we become aware of any potential delivery delays we will send out an e-mail to all affected subscribers informing them of the delay. If you wish to receive advance warning of any delays please ensure we have your up-to-date email address.

Speed of delivery to subscribers outside the UK obviously depends on the quality of service provided by the various organisations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate: Delivery of print magazines to subscribers outside of the UK takes up to 21 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays).

We have switched our deliveries to the USA from air freight to sea freight to ensure our magazines will continue to be delivered to subscribers. Unfortunately, the extra time it takes by this method means that magazines may now take between 6-8 weeks to be received from the date of publication.

Yes, if you have the email address of the recipient, we can send an eGift card at the time of purchase or on a date of your choice, If you have ordered a Gift Subscription, this will be sent to you to give to the recipient.
